Below are some samples of our published government documents.
Of course, much of Red Horse Consulting’s government work necessarily remains ‘in-confidence’ and so is unavailable here.
Community Groups Online
A published set of case studies, researched and written by Michelle Scott.
Community Groups Online provides a practical example of Michelle’s ability:
- to successfully liaise with community groups;
- to draw out key issues; and
- to write up the resultant case studies in such a way as to provide a useful guide for others seeking to achieve similar outcomes.
Achieving Value from ICT: key management strategies
This in-depth and substantial report into IT productivity demonstrates Michelle Scott’s excellent editing skills. Michelle managed, edited and oversaw production. An online copy of the full report is available at: www.dcita.gov.au/ie/publications.
A shorter version of the report was also required, in order to summarise the technical findings of the full report in a more readable and accessible booklet format. Michelle therefore authored the highly successful companion booklet to the Achieving Value report. A copy of the booklet is available here.
HealthConnect
Paul Fitzgerald edited and substantially contributed to the Australian Government’s HealthConnect newsletter . The newsletter provided interested parties with an ongoing update of Australia’s national electronic health records’ project.
Paul also authored the HealthConnect brochure, providing a useful overview the Government's electronic health records activities.
Corporate Value Statement
Michelle Scott worked closely with one of her corporate clients to articulate the firm's values. The value statement has subsequently been used by the client with great success as a marketing tool.
